Delivered item instead of posting - buyer lived quite close

How/ who do I contact to fix my listing. I sold an item and was about to go to the post office. When I realised his address was very close. I was happy to deliver it myself. So I was wondering if there is a way to update the listing to collection (collected) instead of posting. The buyer has received the item and has left feedback already.

You can't change anything now.  Your payment will be subject to the normal holds for non tracked postage.

To get it marked dispatched you have to generate the postage label.  As it will be unused the cost of it will be refunded to the buyer automatically in 30 days.

I need it to say 'delivered'. As I have personally delivered the item to the buyer.

There's no way to mark as delivered,it will eventually be removed by eBay and any notifications to send will stop

In future the best way to deal with this situation is to cancel the sale and relist for collection for the buyer to buy again.

Ebay's systems are rigid, postage and collection/personal delivery are entirely separate processes.
