Hi I brought an item and it turned out to be not fit for purpose when it arrived I’ve contacted the seller and got no where I’ve asked to return/refund and he’s refused even though I can prove it isn’t what was advertised

According to the sellers reply to the neg you left, the item was custom sized to your specs and that's the reason for your problems.
