That's it for me, once again a  sellar has changed the delivery date on a item I needed its no good to me now .I bought it because of the date there's no point even contacting ebay they are as good as a chocolate teapot.my wife is having similar problems with a seller a t shirt with a large hole in it and it wasn't even the right size gave the wrong returns address and said it would refund money when it recived the item ebay as usual did nothing that it for me and ebay

Once a bid is made, sellers can not alter estimated delivery date. 

You can open item not received 1 day after this date, escalate on day 4.

If item arrives damaged, you open item not as described case, seller supplies returns label, not address, 

You return for full refund.

Never let sellers string you along,  open and escalate case ASAP.

once you have purchased the seller cannot change the estimated delivery date - look in your purchase history.

Open a return using reason: Does not match description or photos and seller will provide a return label. If they don't you escalate to ebay. 

If an item arrives after the estimated delivery date you can open a return for not as described, using Arrived too late.
