I was sent an email from Evri, a week after I placed my order saying my parcel was damaged and I should contact my seller. Would Evri have told my seller that the parcel was damaged or just myself?
However, I contacted my seller and told them with a screenshot of the email that my parcel was damaged. It's been 2 days now and seller doesn't seem to respond, however, I've informed ebay and a case has been opened. Is this a normal procedure for sellers not to try and sort the problem or do I expect it to be dealt with with immediate effect.
