Should have received an item through DHL DELIVERY SERVICE but according from them they could not gain access to my property. When I contacted DHL they said the driver ran out of time. Why did they say non access as if there was a problem could the seller claim for non delivery, why DHL does not tell the truth and say the driver just ran out of time and due to them being at fault for the delay get the item out the following day and advise the seller and the customer EBAY should look in to the problem and take DHL OFF THE SIMPLE DELIVERY PROGRAM and a respectable company for delivery service. I see l am not the only person that has had problems with collection or delivery.
