None of his listings are actually selling anything, his listing says "this is an advert for a 850 x 850 skypod" but this is a size nobody would buy, the rest of his description is an advert to contact him directly and even have his phone number in there "Cash on collection or card payment prefered
A small deposit would be required just to confirm the order with the rest payable on delivery

He has over 200 listings the same as this, and they are all sponsored. I was getting between 60 and 80 listing views per day, yesterday I only had 11.
I have messaged him from my private account, and he says to ring him to avoid ebay fees.
I have been reporting him and speaking to ebays customer services for over 12 months now, they just tell me a report has been made and action will be taken but nothing ever gets done.
Does anybody have advice on what I can do about this?
