This is a Private account so you cannot select the Holiday Seller Away feature, unless you are referring to another Business account?
This account does not show any ' Seller Away' notification.
Or, are you asking how to show this .

Is this just happening today?
Today is eBay's maintenance day and many things go a little awry especially in the morning. Message your buyer (s) to try again a little later on in the day.
I'm definitely not seeing any holiday mode on your listings, and as said, that facility is not available for Private sellers to use.
If your buyers still cannot pay for your items later on today direct them to eBay Customer Services, as it seems the error lies on their side and perhaps not yours.

Just had a look are you referring to another account, as I cannot see any sold items, your last one on this account was in November.
