Customer says they haven't received their item.

I sent an item via Evri (Ebay managed) but the customer says it hasn't arrived.  Evri say they have delivered it.  What do I need to do?

Do you mean you sent it Simple Delivery with a label provided to you for free by ebay?

 

If so then you are covered by SD seller protection.   The buyer needs to open a case and ebay will deal with it.

 

As tracking shows delivery ebay are unlikely to refund and you certainly don't have to.
