Customer gave incomplete address

Customer bought item and said it never arrived. We confirmed the address with them and sent a replacement. That didn't arrive either and now he wants a refund. When we looked the address up it is clearly incomplete and could be any of a number of places. Do we have to refund?

Re: Customer gave incomplete address

If you sent the item to the name and address eBay provided on the delivery details for the order,  and you have tracking to show delivery then you do not have to refund.

Always best to refund through a case and not send a replacement.  The buyer then if they wish can always buy from you again,  if you have another of the same item listed.
