Custom postage has anyone else lost it from your selli

Are the items you are wishing to list exempt from Simple Delivery ?    This is now mandatory for Private Sellers.

Custom postage is now only available for lightweight items and overweight / oversize items.

Ebay has not provided a list of Categories that may be exempt, but when you list if up to £20 and 100 gms. and exempt the Custom Postage option will appear.

How do you get on 100g when all that comes up is eBay labels ?
