My experience with the seller has been absolutely terrible. I ordered two scrubs, and they only sent one. I’ve repeatedly requested a refund for the missing item, and the seller has completely ignored every message. No refund, no communication, and no responsibility taken.
Their lack of professionalism is shocking, and based on how they handled my order, I found them to be extremely unreliable and not trustworthy. I strongly warn others to avoid this seller, they’ve shown me nothing but frustration and disrespect as a customer.

There are proper ways to do this, and if seller does not respond, you can ask ebay to step in.
You have to open a not as described case, that is you ordered two and only got one. Once opened, do not close on any promises. Seller should either send missing item, or send a return label to return for a refund. As said do not close on promises.

I followed the process and opened a case, but it was closed without a proper resolution and I’m still without the missing item or a refund. It’s really frustrating when you do everything by the book and still don’t get any help.

Thank you. I wasn’t trying to name or shame just explaining what happened. I’m only trying to warn others so someone else doesn’t have to go through the same frustration and save their money.

Sorry but if you did everything by the book you would have got a refund.
