Courier collection not an option but buyer wishes to do this

I have sold an item which is collection only and in the description clearly stated no couriers or third party collection as we are not able to accommodate this, not being difficult but just not what we can organise. The buyer is asking to arrange details for a courier collection. No payment received yet as this was cash on collection.  Any advise would be appreciated.

Ebay no longer take/allow cash on collection, all collect in person payments are made via ebay checkout out now,and then the buyer gets a collection code to bring along to give to the seller to scan or manually input to show collection and to get paid.

If you don't want to post, then best to cancel the transaction and block the buyer.https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/BuyerBlock?

As advised, sellers are not allowed to take cash on collection.

Repeat your conditions to the buyer, stressing that they will be responsible for collecting the item and ask them if they would like to comply with your conditions or cancel the sale.
