I've received counterfiet items, seller wants me to return for a refund, they said at first that they had already refunded me, then now says to return for refund. Says they didn't know items were fake but that's all they sell. They've accused me of stopping them feeding their family, bettering themselves and a load of other rubbish. What do I stand and any advice. I think that they'll say they didn't get the returns or the items are damaged etc as they've kept trying to blame me and kept ,asking excuses.

You have only 30 days from delivery date given on the eBay order confirmation to open an 'Item not as described' (not authentic) case --- Escalate to eBay after 4 complete days for a full refund --- Seller should arrange to send a prepaid label for item/s return >

As advised, to protect yourself, you must open a return case.
The seller must provide a tracked label for return.
Then, after tracking shows they have received your return, they have 48 hours to refund you. If they don't you can ask Ebay to step in.
Read about how to return an item using the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and follow the process carefully.
Stop messaging the seller - there is no point.

adding to the advice already given -
The two sellers you left negative feedback for are both business sellers trading illegally as private sellers.
you can report them to trading standards via citizen advice.
