Counterfeit item purchased

Hi 

I purchased a bottle of perfume that my son already has (unisex one) 

on receipt of mine, he noticed the bottle and box was different so he checked the code under a scratch off panel to check it’s authenticity, it showed up as not recognised or already scanned which is a sign of a counterfeit item. 
my son purchased his from a reputable perfume store. 
The seller is coming up with excuses and trying to stall me.

If youre still within 30 days of delivery open a claim for item not as desribed, return it at sellers expense for a refund.

Find the item in your purchases and under 'more actions' select return this item and go from there

I only received it a few days ago, 

 going to take some photos of the real item compared to the one i received.

Do not bother, it is not necessary, ebay always side with buyer if you have to escalate a return case for Not As Described.

Seller should provide return label and on return refund in full. If No label supplied or on return no refund, you should escalate to ebay who will force a refund.

I’ve just gone to eBay, I’ve taken photos of the genuine item next to the one I received, they’ve sent me a returns label and I will get a refund once the label is scanned,

Item has to show as delivered, seller then gets 3 days to refund before you can escalate to ebay.
