Contacting a Bidder

Hello all I’m currently selling some exhausts. I have a bidder that looking at feedback has bought items in the U.K.  But location is shown as Switzerland. Due to the value of these items I have listed as a U.K. auction only. 
im trying to confirm that he has a U.K. address to post to. But everytime I try the contact member option using the item number it doesn’t go thru properly. I have also tried contact member thru the feedback window. Still not successful. 
 I don’t want to get to the end of this auction and it’s going to need relisting

Not unusual for bidders abroad to complete purchases here using/adding a UK address.So you the seller would only be posting using a tracked service to a UK address if they win/buy

Your listing states you sell abroad to include switzerland!!

You are opted in to GSP,

So you post to UK GSP centre and they send to another country.

Thank u. U are right 🤦‍♂️ I’ve not consciously selected that. So hopefully it will just be sending to the GSP. I don’t want to cancel the listing.

Thank u. I’ve not done this recently. Hopefully this is the case. The bidder concerned has purchased items in th U.K. before. So fingers crossed.

Is there a way to contact them to ensure that they aren’t expecting it to be posted straight to Switzerland.

Buyer will see GSP costs when buying, so will know.
