Ignored by seller

Hi, I won an item in an auction and paid for it straight away. It was collection only. I have messaged the seller over the last three or four weeks to arrange collection and never had a reply. Trying to get EBay to intervene but there is no way to select anything like this.

You're running out of time to claim for a full refund from eBay, and may find yourself claiming from your payment provider.

After that length of time for whatever reason,  the seller is not going to sell you this item.

Hopefully , you are still in time,  so don't delay but proceed this way, now:

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

As said,  if you are out of time to claim from eBay you will need to turn to your payment provider for help with your refund now.

You have only 30 days from estimated delivery date given on the order confirmation to open an 'Item not received' case .. Escalate to eBay after 4 complete days for a full refund ... here >
