How do I contact a seller after receiving a purchase? I have a question about the product. The contact seller button doesn’t let me do anything.

There does seem to be an intermittent issue some are experiencing, in not being able to send a message to a fellow member.
However, there are various methods to try . Click on any of the seller's items not just the one you have purchased, and far right there's a Contact Seller link.
Or, click on the seller's feedback score, to bring up their feedback profile, there's a contact seller link to the right, and at the very bottom of that feedback page, there's a contact member link there, too.
If you're using the app or mobile browser, switch to a laptop / PC and try Chrome, and try from there.
If the item is faulty you do not need to contact the seller, just open a case for item not as described for a refund.

If you bought from a business seller, they will have contact details on the listing which usually include an alternative email address and a phone number.
