Confirm your primary dispatch from address

Hello, I am having a little trouble. From the MyEbay page if I click on the 'Accounts' tab I get asked to confirm or change my 'dispatch from address'. A box pops up telling me the current setting(which is correct) and suggests I change it as Ebays thinks that it may be more correct if typed in slightly differently although the actual information in each address is the same, just in a different order. I am unable to navigate away from this window by clicking the radio button next to either version of the address and there is no other clickable box or anything to close the box. I have checked my browser is up to date as Firefox can come up with some odd things if it isn't.

Anybody any clues ? I can't get to any of my account settings as they are all hidden behind this box. I can go back a page to MyEbay and see all my buying and selling details.

Thanks

Confirm your primary dispatch from address

Preferably use a laptop /PC  with Chrome that combo seems to work best, then with the link below check the address is correctly registered,  especially the postcode with the correct gaps, check that 0 and O are not interchanged incorrectly,  that can happen.

There are 5 addresses which need to be corrected

Many thanks for that. I followed the link you quoted and retyped the address. After saving it everything appears to be fine. Fingers crossed.

Many thanks
