Why does EBay make it impossible to contact an actual person to make a complaint?

Anyone would think that they do not want to answer complaints. If they do not, then the complaints from customers must be in their thousands, doesn't look too good EBay does it?

I understand that the page is nothing to do with EBay, but I was hoping to raise a general concern with regards to Ebay not - or rather making it virtually impossible to launch a complaint with a human being - hopefully in the UK - other than going round and round their rubbish help page.

If anyone can prove me wrong, any information will be gratefully received.

What is the nature of your complaint?

If you need to raise one you get a call back and raise it with a human.

if it's something we can help with then ask.
