Combined partial refund

Hi all,

I have a customer that has bought multiple items so I have combined into one invoice & postage, they now no longer want 1 item, but they still want the remaining items, I can't seem to figure out how to cancel/ refund the one item, it just wants to do the whole order because I combined it.

You should still be able to make a partial refund, up to the value of the item buyer does not want.

I do not think you should try to cancel the sale of one item, as basically by combining, it is treated as one item, but using the drop down menu and selecting refund, and changing to the amount to be refunded, should work.
