Combined invoice

Regarding Combined invoices for sellers to buyers,  I have been in touch with eBay who informed me that the system for this feature is not working and has not since 21 Feb also for the buyers the option to request 'Request Total ' has also gone. the only option I had last week was to request the buyers to pay all the orders in full including postage then issue a refund for the difference between total cost and actual postage used. This is ok if you have the funds in 'eBay balance' but not if your funds are in 'Available funds'.

They promised that the system would be fixed by today but that does not seem to be the case. I have tried to contact eBay again but the only available contact is by phone, I am waiting for them to call me.

I have not got anything needing combining, but a few days ago, there was a link to issue a combined invoice  on the top right of the Sold items page. I sent a combined invoice, but with nothing happening on the selling front I cannot test it again.

 

It seems to me that it did not move all on its own, so either ebay has no idea who is changing what or the bots are running ebay, so that no staff are needed.

Never take Ebay's 'fix dates' as gospel. 

 

It will be fixed when it is fixed.

Hi, I spoke to them again on the phone they still have no idea when it will be fixed, all they could do was log my complaint. I also complained that there was no information on the system to sat that it was not working or when it would be fixed.
