I have recently received an order for 5 items. Ebay app would not let me combine the items so they would go under one postage cost. It ended up with 2 items being on 1 postage label. 1 item on another postage label and 2 items currently sat there saying items are overdue. I have tried to contact Ebay to sort out the confusion with this order. I do think the buyer like me is not very savvy with Ebay. She has been very understanding. The buyer paid for 5 items and 5 lots of postage so I refunded her £8. She is happy with her items but she is struggling to put items received on final 2 items.
Can anyone please advise how I can sort this out?
I am thinking going forward I offer free postage and put the costs of postage £2.94 onto the items I sell.
Please help x x x

There is no buyer / item received option for the buyer to mark, all they can do is to leave feedback.
Currently if you pack individually purchased items together , you'll have one tracking number and only payout for one will be released sooner, when tracking shows delivery , the payout for the other items will be held for a minimum of 14 days before release.
Combining postage under Simple Delivery is still not possible, eBay saying it's a technical issue and this happens on all devices not just the app.
Some sellers are leaving a message on their listing, for example..... ' If you wish to buy multiple items, please let me know before buying, I will relist them as one listing so only one postage cost is charged, combining postage is not currently possible. '
