On your listing form scroll down to Delivery details and select the box .... Collection Only. Make sure the 'Buyers Pays' box has no amount entered.
When a buyer pays you for a collection item, I recommend sending them a polite message to bring along he 6 digit QR code for you to scan, or enter those numbers manually, and the item will not be released without it.
This code is the only confirmation you'll have that the item was collected from you.
