Hi, I was send a parcel with value of 599£ to the collection point. Parcel was been delivered on 13th of March I got photo with proof of delivered to the argos collection point. The buyer didn't received the collection point so I contacted with eBay customer service and they said that they will contact the collection point and request to send to the buyer collection code. That was been on 17th of March. Today bayer go the the collection point and show all the evidence inl. Proof of delivery abd the order number also the eCP number that was been also included on the label and he get the answer: " They couldn’t use the number below, as I need to give them a code from eBay. I showed them proof of identity, so they then looked in their secure storeroom and loading bay and was not in either and they do not have a record of it having been delivered. They suggested I contact you again. " Its just starting to be some kind of really bad joke that the parcel worth of 599£ was dissappear after was been delivered to the collection point. Someone have any idea what I can do now??? Thanks

It is a bit confusing are you the buyer or seller?.
As a seller you should be ok if you have the tracking saying Delivered to the collection point.
A buyer has 7 days to collect and then the item can be either returned to the seller of disposed off.
If the buyer does not get the collection code within a day of so of the item being delivered to the collection point they should have contacted ebay and asked them for it. Sounds as if the attempted collection from the collection point was too late.
