I’m a new seller trying to sell a in game item, how do I get a collection code so I can ask the buyer for it and receive the money

If you list items for collection only,  when the buyer buys and pays, they,  the buyer, receives this collection code to bring to you.  It's advisable not to release your item without receiving and scanning this code.

Can I clarify that  an ' in game item'  is actually a physical item,  and not a digital item?  Different rules apply there.

You need to familiarise yourself with the policy for business accounts and the policy for selling digital items.

If you list items with postage you need to post them.
