faulty generator

I purchased a generator in January and did not use it till June when it ran for 30 minutes then conked out and won't restart. I have sent 4 messages to the seller and had no response. When trying to contact ebay for help, the item does not appear on my list. I may have bought as guest. How do I get help from ebay?

eBay will not be able to help. It's money back gauarantee only lasts fpr 30 days from delivery.

Assuming that you've tried the maker's guarantee without success, the next theing is to check whether your payment provider can assist.
