Collecting in person but buyer has paid for postage

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help as eBay AI assistance was no good.

I had listed an item for collection in person or for delivery. 

A buyer placed a bid which I accepted. They would like to collect in person however they have paid the postage (they've said not to worry about this as they bid cheaper than I had wanted), but now on my end it is saying I need to download the postage label and send it off.

Does anyone know how to rectify this situation please?

This is a problem for two reasons, you won't have tracking proving delivery and you won't have a collection code proving collection. 

That leaves you as a seller vulnerable. 

The suggestion is usually to cancel, refund, and the buyer buys again, properly this time.

Or for £20, you risk it.
