Closing a case

I need to close this case for the wireless microphone system’ 

The buyer is keeping the item I sold him’ we’ve agreed he wants a parcial refund for the damaged entenna’ you can get in touch with the buyer to confirm this so please can you close this case and start refunding me and the buyer.

You can make a partial refund offer through case, if buyer accepts it, refund made automatically  case closes and buyer keeps item.

Or buyer has to close case, then you can refund, 

We don't recommend buyer does this as case can't be reopened.

The buyer has already asked for a partial refund’ we are just waiting for
the case to be closed’ you need to get in touch with the buyer and explain
to him that he needs to close the case.

This is a member forum, not ebay CS. 

Only buyer can close case.

But, as said if he closes case, he can't make you part refund.

He’s already asked eBay for a parcial refund and I’ve excepted it on his
behalf’ what on earth is going on here’ this is not right at all.

Go to item in sold list, click refund, put in amount.

Then hope buyer agrees to close case.
