Click and collect

I sold items that were meant to be delivered to an Esso station

Sent tracked delivery but the Esso refused delivery

This has happened before with other shops. eBay refuse to help as my tracking ref doesn't show that the item was delivered. eBay are impossible to get on touch with and the automated assistant is deliberately awful to avoid dealing with anything. I haven't had the item back yet so I'll be out of pocket for both the delivery and the item despite doing everything expected of me

Re: Click and collect

Presumably you quote the reference on the package and it conforms to weight and size allowed.

Has buyer asked why delivery was refused? I presume the Esso Station is still in the scheme..

Re: Click and collect

I packed and posted the items correctly and the label was clearly marked with the reference. Royal Mail tracking shows they attempted delivery twice and the package was refused on both occasions. It hasn't been returned to me yet. The buyer wanted me to send to their home address but I was concerned that I would not be protected as whenever I have tried to change an address for the postage label they flag up a message to say they won't recognise it being posted to an alternative address. I tried to get in touch with eBay but it's impossible and their chat box is appallingly rubbish. eBay have now refunded the buyer so I have lost the items. The money for the items and am out of pocket for the postage too.  If Esso is not in the scheme then why would I be directed to posting items there. I've posted some things through Evri because of the simple delivery because I wasn't aware I could opt out of using certain couriers

. The one parcel was damaged and I am still waiting for the other to move further on the delivery tracking than we've got your parcel.
