Click and collect - no notfication to collecrt delivered items

I recently had an item delivered for click and cllectr but didn't receive a notofication to collect. The tracking showed it as delivered. I eventually received a refund.

I have now got the same problem with another item at the same location. Trqcking shows my item has been delivered by Yodel but I don't have any notification by email or text to collect it.

What can I do?

If it's not showing in your email ( looked in Spam? )  , eBay messages or order details,  then contact eBay Customer Services.  It's essential you have this code or the store will not release the item,  and to collect within 7 days.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thanks. No emails at all even in the spam folder.

They changed the local click and collect points and this is the second time I have tried to use this place. Both times the item is shown as delivered and then nothing happens. Maybe the location people aren't completing the delivery procedure correctly. I have visions of them sitting there with a pile of eBay items. Why is nobody coming to collect? LOL. Either that or somebody is stealing the items.

The last one was delivered by Royal Mail but this one was Yodel with a reference number so I hope eBay can find it.

Pretty frustrating though 😩
