I ordered an item last week and had it to be delivered via click-and-collect since I wouldn't be available at home to receive it. The item was delivered yesterday at the shop as confirmed by the tracking ID, however, I still haven't received a QR code or digit code to let me collect it. I'm confused about whether I should wait until I get one or just go to the shop and get it.

The shop will not release your item without that code.
It's still early in the morning, wait to see if it appears later in your order details, or in an eBay message.
If it doesn't contact eBay Customer Services they will provide that code for you.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
