Hi

I've selected click and Collect for my purchased item. My item has arrived at its location.But I have not received my code yet.How can I get it ?

Store logs item In, ebay send the code.

You have 7 days to collect item before it is disposed of.

Contact eBay CS if no code.

If the code is not in your email, you eBay messages or sent to spam, then contact eBay Customer Services tomorrow as the lines are closed now, and they will provide this code for you.

Scroll to the very bottom of the page on the link below you will be able to access eBay Customer Services  through the Contact Us link.

 Lines open between 8 a.m. and 10p.m. on weekdays,  and between 9.am. and 6 p.m. on weekends.
