Chat Stuck

HI Everyone, my chat has been stuck =. I'm unable to chat with ebay customer support and also the I can not make a call. This has been from more than 30 days.

Which device and browser are you using ?

I'm on a laptop using Chrome and can access Live Chat / Call Back,  waiting time a few minutes.

If you're using the app or mobile browser,  switch if you can to a laptop / PC use Chrome,  that seems to work well with eBay.  You need to call within certain times to get a ' live agent' times below.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
