Charity suspension

I work for a small hospice charity and we list items to raise funds.

A few weeks ago we had an email asking for ID and other documents from all of our trustees (we have a board of trustees being a charity) The email had many mistakes, spelling errors and the font was not regular so we feared it could be a scam. We completed a form asking for verification of authentication for the email (obviously not wanting that amount of sensitive data in the wrong hands). We had no reply but received the same email over and over again.

We have now been suspended with no access to the account, not even to reply to our customers. We’re a top rated seller and have been for many years. We regularly have around 2000 live listings. We’ve tried to speak to someone as this case is not straight forward being a charity (we have about 15 trustees)

Is there a way to contact any kind of specialist as the agents we’ve spoken to are following a script and it doesn’t suit our problem.
