Charity shop still useless as a seller, why ebay?

So i've ordered a item from BHF and the dpd driver yet again (same one as last time) was over 3 miles away and said he couldn't deliver yet had to pass my house to get to the post office 2 miles away to drop my item off.

Dpd said they would tell the driver to deliver yet he never and then said the next day they refuse to redeliver, BHF ignored phone calls and ignored 2 messages but then gave a copy & paste of what dpd said and what i already told them.

BHF is now ignoring me on getting my item to me, This was 55GBP.

Would anyone know what to do as i'm not happy with this.

Sadly i can't return when i don't have the item, the post office does but i have put the request in as the BHF_shop seller is ignoring me.

You're not returning an item, you're opening an eBay item not received claim.

Hi

I get that but if it says delivered, how can i dispute it? Its still arrived but at the post office. Would that not be strange?

Sorry i just don't have these problems but its just this one seller BHF

What does the tracking say? Does it say it has been delivered to your designated delivery address?
