Charged twice on credit card statement.

The item was cancelled and I received notification from Ebay, however the money was taken twice out of my account with the same reference number. What do I do, as so far the bot messaging service does not seem to understand and there is no telephone number.

Thank you for your post.

This can happen when the first attempt at payment didn't go through and then went through on a 2nd attempt. Usually one of the payments is in a pending state and should come off your statement after a few days. With regard to the order being cancelled you should receive a refund notification email for this and it can take between 3-5 working days to be received.
