Charge twice for one item

Hello, I’ve just buy an item and eBay charge me twice for the same purchase. I send a message to the seller and he cancel the order but don’t get how eBay will return my money because they don’t see second transaction. Can someone help me or tell me how to reach someone from eBay who know what just happened

This does sometimes happen it's a glitch and the second payment will not go through and be processed but will disappear.

If your seller has cancelled the order you will get a refund for the order, and as above,  the second will not fully process.
