Changing personal info

Hi , can anyone tell me how I can change my phone number on my profile. It just keeps saying oops encountered a problem , just won’t accept my new number . ??

Hover over your name in the top left corner then account settings.

Choose Personal information

The go to Contact details Phone number and then Edit to the right of the page.

If it is not working then what device are you using.

Try another device or a computer or a different browser

Yeah that’s what I did but just keeps coming up oops and won’t seem to
accept new number . I’m using same device for 2 years just changed sim ages
ago

How are you entering your number? Are you entering all ELEVEN digits, or have you by mistake entered an  O instead of an 0.

Have you tried entering as 44 then 10 digit number omitting the first 0

And using a zero not the letter .
