Changing Seller Settings to buy more than one item a day

Ive tried hard to find and change the settings so that buyers can buy more than one item a day but with no luck. Does anyone know how? Most grateful for any help.

Do you mean "Block buyers who are currently winning or have bought .... items in the last 10 days"  on here:

Hello. Someone tried to buy 2 items from me today but e bay said they could only buy 1 ever 10 days. Id like to change this.
