Changes to Seller payments on February 4th

On February 4th eBay are changing the way they pay sellers their sales funds. They will only make sale funds available 2 days after items have been confirmed as ‘delivered’. But I have items I have sold that remain listed as ‘dispatched’ but not ‘delivered’ even though I know the items were delivered. The delivery company doesn’t always record the deliveries. So how will I get paid if there is no record of delivery?

If  the tracking shows no delivery you don't get paid.

Unfortunately not all postal services scan items and not all buyers are honest.

A lot of people are talking and complaining about the new changes.
