Change language on all eBay communications

A couple of decades ago, when I opened my eBay account, I lived in the Netherlands.

I don't live there since over 15 years ago, and I still receive all the email notifications from eBay (orders, dispatches, etc) in Dutch.

I find no way in my settings to change that, and I've tried multiple times the USELESS chat Ezra, that does not seem to understand a simple English instruction of a single phrase with few nouns and verbs.

Anyone can help me how do I get the eBay overlords to change my comms to English?

If your original account was registered in Netherlands many years ago ?, Changing your Address and other UK details will make no difference as your Dutch site of registration will remain as Default and cannot be changed --- a newly registered UK Based account is needed.
