You cannot now, as the item sold.
Best way is to cancel the order citing Buyer Requests to cancel, this will refund the buyer, then you list it again with postage only.
Message the buyer what you are going to do but make it very, very clear in your messages that the item is to be relisted on eBay and that this is Not an off eBay sale.
