I am in London, England, and want to buy a pair of shoes from the United States. The Ebay International Postage quoted is almost equal to the price of the shoes (£46). So I changed my primary delivery address to my brother's address in Texas, but Ebay still quotes me international postage to the UK. How do I get the Ebay webpage to quote me postage for delivery to my brother's Texas address??? (He will post it to me for $5). Thank you.
