I brought an item, it was "delivered" but left on my doorstep by royal mail, royal mail always takes my items to a local post office for me to collect, this time they left it outside which ended up being stolen, the item is only £25 and did not want a refund but wanted my item. The seller was good at replying but kept saying they have to contact the courier, I waited but nothing so I requested a refund so I can buy else where. A case got opened and closed immediately, can someone tell me what rights I have?
