Car buying help.

I need some advice I bought a car recently and it must of had a fault when I got it delivered, and now I've had it checked over it needs expensive repairs. The seller is saying it was perfect when he delivered it and because he sold it at trade price he can't do anything but it was a buy it now price. Nothing saying trade. Where do I stand on trying to get this resolved? Many thanks and help.

I am afraid ebay offer no protection whatsoever for car purchases. 

It sounds as if your seller is a trader which means they have certain obligations,  I suggest you speak to citizens advice to see if they can help.
