why is ebay removing negative feedback

I recieved my item that was not as described and could not be used in the United Kingdom

I left a bad review for the sellers miss information about the product bought

I have noticed that my review has been removed by ebay

If ebay are removing bad reviews how can we trust to shop with ebay anymore

If you mention ebay, case or refund, it can be removed. 

Just say "Unsatisfactory transaction"

Leaving feedback when you are unhappy on ebay is a bit like being a politician, you have to be clever with your words, without actually "answering or saying anything" so what you really want to say will have to be something a bit different to satisfy the  feedback bots.
