Cant retract a offer

I've been lookin at buy a ps5 and I had made an offer on one then I got an offer from a friend and I've tried to cancel the offer it's not letting me

There are restrictions so you may not be able to cancel/retract ,but try here .

1. Go to Bids/Offers in My eBay.
2. Find the offer you'd like to retract.
3. Select Review offer, then select Retract offer.
