Hi All,

I have posted on this but cant find or dont know how to get the post up.

Any way i sold a water tank in late June and buyer paid. E bay said the monie would be available from the 8th of July but it still isnt there! I dont know how to contact e bay and there virtual assistant is a joke.

Any ideas please.

'Live agents' only appear between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. on weekdays, if you try now you should get Dublin to answer.

Be aware, a new or returning seller may have initial holds on payments for 30 days. Did you receive and scan a collection code as the item was collected ?

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thank you I’ll give them a call in the morning or a call back. Seems strange to me really does but i didnt receive a code when it was collected.

Was a bit *bleep*ty really as the buyer paid we agreed when they were coming and didnt turn up but a week later the talk was gone from my garden… No message nothing so i knew it was her that got it and she agreed then clicked the collected field. They have paid just the funds havnt been released by e bay. E bay said they were available on the 8th July but they were not.

Thank you. Its all changed dramatically since i last sold thats for sure. Buyers used to pay into pay pal, much easier.

I cant seem to find the correct tab/place where i would change the frequency of my payouts.

When i go to my e bay it just says the funds are available from the 8th July.

You do need to physically withdraw your available funds into your designated bank account.

Go to

Payments

Click on the arrow top right of the big blue box to withdraw your available funds.
