Hi, I have a buyer wanting to return an item to me which I am happy to do. He is in the Isle of Man and says Royal Mail postage labels will not work there. I only have the option to give him a Royal Mail postage label so how do I deal with this problem from here?

That's good, because Royal Mail charge the same postage to the Isle of Man as they would you posting the item to your next door neighbour !

This is what Google says on the subject
Postage to and from the Isle of Man is generally the same as within the UK, as the Isle of Man is treated as a UK destination for postal purposes. This means you can use standard Royal Mail stamps and services for mail to and from the island. However, there are specific Isle of Man Post Office services and rates for local and international mail, which may differ from Royal Mail.

Thank you for this. I have messaged my buyer again to see if he is ok for me to send him a Royal Mail returns label but he hasn't replied yet.
