Running behind, original estimate was Thu 10 Jul - Fri 11 Jul'
I've had the above RM message on a couple of items recently and on the first one the message remained the same a couple of weeks later! Does this mean RM have accepted that they have the item as when I go into tracking with the tracking number it says exactly the same. I'm confused!
